Terms & Conditions

Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AnyAutomation (see Imprint) to its clients. Deviating terms of the client only apply if confirmed in writing.

Contract conclusion

A contract is formed by written or electronic confirmation of order. Offers are non-binding.

Services

The scope of services is defined by the respective offer or order confirmation. Changes and additions require written agreement.

Compensation

Compensation follows the agreed terms. Invoices are payable net within 30 days. In case of delay, late-payment interest under Swiss law applies.

Client cooperation

The client provides all documents, information, and access required for service delivery in good time. Delays caused by missing cooperation are at the client's expense.

Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat all information received during the engagement as confidential. Briefs and project documents are confidential by default; an NDA is signed in addition on request.

IP & usage rights

All rights to delivered works (software, documentation, concepts) transfer to the client only upon full payment. Pre-existing libraries and tools of AnyAutomation remain its property and are made available to the client under a simple non-exclusive licence.

Liability

AnyAutomation's liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Place of jurisdiction is Effretikon, Switzerland. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

Final provisions

Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining terms remain in force. Amendments require written form.
