This disclaimer applies to the AnyAutomation Studio software. The provider is AnyAutomation (see Imprint). It supplements the EULA.
1. No Responsibility for LLM Outputs
All content generated by an external LLM is created outside the provider's sphere of influence.
The provider assumes no responsibility for:
- Accuracy
- Functionality
- Security
- Completeness
- Industrial suitability
- Interpretation errors
- Hidden risks or logic errors
2. No Liability for Engineering Activities
The user bears full responsibility for:
- Review of all generated code
- Validation of all suggestions
- Integration into TIA Portal projects
- Tests, simulations, and acceptance procedures
- Compliance with internal processes and standards
The provider is not liable for engineering damages.
3. Safety-Related Controllers (F-CPU)
When editing safety blocks (FFB, FFC, FDB, FOB) the following applies:
- The four-eyes principle is mandatory. AI-generated or automatically produced content must never be adopted without an independent second review
- Validation according to IEC 61508, IEC 62061, ISO 13849 and the relevant Siemens safety manuals lies exclusively with the user
- Pin-code and safety-login compliance per the plant risk assessment is the responsibility of the user
Any disregard voids all provider liability.
4. Use at Your Own Risk
The Software is a tool for qualified professionals. All use is entirely at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
Damages that occur despite review are limited to the liability limits defined in the EULA.
The provider is never liable beyond the amount of the license price.
